“The only place, as far as I can tell, where I can get mayonnaise which doesn’t require me to ingest vast quantities of rapeseed oil. Disgusting stuff. And the mayo tastes good as well.”

“Simply the best collagen product I’ve ever bought. Been using collagen in tablet, liquid form for over 20yrs and always hated how massive the tablets were or how bad and disgusting the liquid versions were. So when I came across Hunter & Gather bovine powder I was blown away that I could add it to so many things without any smell or taste. Cannot recommend this product enough, please keep selling it as you have a forever buyer with me.”

“Amazing products and great service. I am a vegetarian and so not the typical customer but so many of these products are great swaps for my store cupboard staples - made with 100% natural ingredients. They're unrivalled on taste and the customer service & delivery are great.”

“I love the products and ethos of your company and the improvements that you have made over time. The new hot sauces are amazing and the move to squeezable bottles was very much welcomed.. Though, i have noticed that the sarracha sauce bottle does tend to get blocked. My only criticism is that, as a loyal customer i don't believe there are a great deal of benefits. I know you have the 'thrive' points but i don't tend to use them as it is often cheaper to use a discount code and i don't feel as though they offer a great deal of value. Perhaps, my biggest issue though is the discounts offered for new customers only. I do understand that it is important to find new customers but as a continued purchaser, it can be annoying to receive emails with a bonus code but then read the small print - 'for new customers only'. As mentioned, i love your company and i love what you are doing. If you were able to do a little bit more for customers like myself, it would be even better :-).. Also worth mentioning is that your shipping speed and packaging are excellent.”

Thank you Julia for your 5 ⭐️ review we are so sorry that we no longer have our glass bottles for our sauces. We refused to launch our sauces in a squeezy bottle until there was a food safe, 100% recyclable bottle available – which there is now! Over 90% of users opt for a squeezy bottle when it comes to purchasing ketchup and we want to encourage a swap from sugar laden sauce to an unsweetened option, in a user-friendly recyclable bottle. Unfortunately, with glass, we were also seeing breakages in transit and due to them being much heavier than squeezy, they were not as environmentally friendly as you would first think. The easy flip lid on the squeezy bottle also means that you can control the squeeze and avoid a gigantic plop of sauce on the plate – no food wastage around here. “Very disappointed with Hunter and Gather customer service. Ordered 3 items, one item was smashed and leaked all over the box and the royal mail postal van, it was not very well packaged, no bubble wrap. I have emailed twice as to whether they can send another or refund and I will reorder but had no response. Was holding off giving a poor review but in my opinion I have given enough time for a response (emailed 30th March and 4th April) BUT there is no customer service at all, the telephone number is also a dead line. It was the Organic C8 MCT Oil that was smashed so come on Hunter and Gather where is your customer service...............”
