“Poor customer service. One of the bottles had leaked before arrival and wasn’t properly sealed, so unusable. Contacted customer service about the issue and no response. Completely ignored my email. Would not recommend”

“I love your collagen and avocado mayo; but when my last order was delivered, the lids of both jars of mayo had loosened and as a result the jars and the cardboard inside the box was greasy. That won't stop me enjoying the mayo, or ordering more in due course. But I thought you would wish to know.”

“I receive way too many emails from hunt and gather and even though I have unsubscribed twice I have now received this email to give a review! Other than that the one product I ordered from them I am very happy with...but the emails I am not!”

“Sceptical as i first ordered as to any orders i make for the first time, but i have not been dissapointed. Well packaged. Awesome taste. Pricey, but given the work behind it and the costs i assume they have fullfilling the quality behind the products i guess it's worth paying. I love the coconut oil, also the ghee is absolutely amazing. Thank you. 😊”

“I’m now trying the marine peptides & feel wonderful as I did on the bovine. Both add some protein to my smoothies & my hair & nails are beginning to get stronger & my hair shine, thank you, feel very good taking this everyday”

“You claim it's odour and tasteless, it really really isn't. Smells like those hide bones you give dogs and I have to knock it back because tastes like off meat/milk. Sorry”

Hey Amanda, Thank you so much for your review - we are so sorry to hear that you are not happy with the taste and smell of the collagen. Our collagen is unflavoured however there can be slight differences from batch to batch due to the natural nature of the product. The collagen can also smell stronger on initial opening of the bag, and this normally dissipates quite quickly. If you are not a fan of the taste, then changing what you dissolve your Collagen in can sometimes help - we have some fabulous recipe ideas on our website if you would like to try. 🧑‍🍳 Our personal favourite is adding it into your coffee or morning smoothie! If you are not 100% happy with the collagen you have received, please reach out to our Customer Support team who are always happy to help at realfood@hunterandgatherfoods.com.
