I contacted Huggle who asked me to send details and a photo of the faulty item. Next day a message that a replacement would be dispatched, which arrived a day later. No if's or buts, inconvenience of return, inspection and subsequent delay. Very impressed with this sort of customer service. I'll be using Huggle for all my future pet related purchases.”
“First time out my dog put up his paw on the netting which caught on his claw and resulted in a 3 inch tear; very poor quality! After about 10 uses the bar holding the cage together broke, metal unbelievably thin. Had to wedge it in position since. Overall good looking but poor quality.”
