“excellent staff polite the animal's are well looked after the fish tanks are nice and clean i use to go to huggle pets when I lived in bilston but now i use them on the internet to buy items good quality items now rubbish at huggles pets i recommend this place to any one in fact ive told loads of people to go to huggles pets and they like it there when they have visited the place i wish we had a pet store like huggle pets in brownhills we aint got no descent pet shop who sell fish folks it well worth going to huggles pet s best place in bilston and Wolverhampton when i can get over again i will pop in and get some fish but at this moment i waiting for a spine operation as i cant walk plus i had a stroke to”
“The products recieved were great, however the service not so. Order was missing 3 items, contacted customer services who said they would look into it. Had to chase 3 days later and told was sent out. Product didn't arrive so 5 days later contacted again, similar message they would look into it. Delivery then arrived, however again missing a product! Finally had everything now but not sure what their fulfillment team are doing to check orders are complete. No paperwork with the delivery to show a packing list etc.”
