“I bought two large carries to transport my dog and puppy to the vets and to the kennels. I was initially very pleased with my purchase as they could be collapsed easily and stored in the boot of my car when not in use. Two weeks ago I took my dogs to the kennels, which is only short journey away and to my horror, one of my dogs made a big hole in the mesh and came to sit in the front of the car. This could have caused a serious accident as I was totally distracted by this incident! I emailed the company who asked for proof of purchase and proof of the broken mesh all of which I provided in a few days. To my total disappointment and frustration I was told that as the carriers were not damaged before delivery there was nothing they could do about it! This is a total lack of customer care and support in my opinion and therefore I would advise you not to buy this product as I have had to replace them with another reliable carrier and have totally wasted over £70”
“Disappointed so far. Ordered 3 weeks ago and initially had no updates, reached out to be told my order got lost. Asked for a replacement to be sent and when I chased this I was told a system error meant it didn’t get dispatched. As a first time customer it leaves me with concerns on how legit the company is given I had to raise the issues both times for them to be noticed. Hopefully will get what I ordered this week.”
“It's a very good product unfortunately I should have bought large instead of medium. I felt I couldn't return it as there was no paperwork in the box. And it was my fault for ordering the wrong size”
