“Place an order 16th June, delivery ETA in a week. Now 7th August with no product, no response to chases, no communication at all. Wish I'd done more research as there are lots of similar reviews out there. Have instructed my Credit Card company to retrieve the payment.”

“my order was cancelled due to an apparent change in there system. however still took my money. e mailed and phoned on numerous occasions but never received a response to any of them. Had to get my bank to redeem the payment that was taken. Wouldn't deal with this supplier again.”

“Returns is a scam. You have to get a code from them which they deliberately delay to get you out of time, I requested the code within days. I sent recorded post as soon as got code after 3 chasing e mails saying time was running out. They now have strap and refuse refund, (theft or scam?). You can get cheaper and same quality on Amazon for peace of mind.”

“The watch strap itself is very good quality and looks lovely. But, after a few wears on a Cartier tank the pins weren’t holding it properly into place. We were denied a refund after we said it must be faulty and this has resulted in losing an expensive watch which we won’t get back. Very disappointing.”

“I had Sebastiens make a bespoke strap for my IWC Pilot and Omega Seamaster. I spoke with Vincent by email over the course of a few days and we decided on two final strap materials and lengths. The whole bespoke process took around 2 weeks from order which i was pleased about considering the straps were being custom made, with some unusual requirements. Overall i would recommend and will use them again. Many thanks Neil.”

“They are abysmal. They don’t communicate and when they do after days and weeks, it’s a lie. They say they are working on it and will be shipped out that day. It never gets picked up. Reach back out and after a week they respond to say that it has been picked up with a UPS tracking number. UPS doesn’t have the package and it’s been 5 days since they said they sent it out. They refuse to acknowledge that I’ve wanted to cancel my order. Unprofessional and liars.”

“Wish I’d have read all the terrible reviews prior to ordering a replacement strap for my Tag watch. When the strap finally arrived it didn’t fit the clasp as promised. The return link didn’t work and Vincent sent me a return address. On proving the return had been received (sent recorded & signed for thankfully), Vincent then promised me a full refund….After almost a month of continuous emails and calling the fake number I’ve now reported this scam to my Bank, hopefully I’ll get a refund and this fake website gets closed down. DO NOT BUY FROM SEBASTIENS. Terrible, god awful customer service and inferior products sold.”

“Horrific service. Wanted to return the item, first the refund was refused because it didn't "qualify," then after explaining my statutory rights to return it (unopened) they wanted to exchange. I refused and asked for an address, posted it off and it's been returned with "refused" ticked by Royal Mail. No other address on their website either to return it to and no reply to my email either. Shady company, not worth your risk to buy from them.”

“Was ordering a strap for my wedding. Ordered 3 weeks in advance which I thought would be enough considering they claim they deliver within 7-10 days. I am also based in London, so there should not be an issue with the shipping times. Its over 5 weeks now, and nothing. They also stopped replying to emails. Checked UPS, they created the label but haven't actually sent the package to UPS. I do not believe they deliver within 7 days, but rather weeks and simply lie about it and ignore emails.”
