Ordered a strap for cartier about 4 weeks ago (since 22 April), still not received my order. Ignore all my emails.

Used the website to order an glazed orange alligator strap... Easy order and payment process. Strap arrived just after 7 working days later, well wrapped and came in its own storage box. Highly recommend. Thanks again.

Watch band I received is significantly different than picture and description. Never sent my clasp, which is noted in handwriting on my invoice, so watch band is useless as is and even though they “approved” my return they are still jerking me around on the return instructions and label. Do NoT buy from this company

This business is owned by a kid, Cieran Harris he also has another business Timeless Vintage, which is just as bad, (look at the reviews on that) he drop ships from china. Nice template website but that's it.

Do not purchase from this company! You will get great service UNTIL you pay your invoice then you will be ignored! They show a phone number on their invoice and on their reviews page but after trying many times to phone this number Vincent at Sebastiens informed me via email that the company doesn’t have a phone number! I can only assume they list a phone number to help the business look legitimate. I was sent the wrong colour strap and have returned it at my cost, it was received by Sebastiens on 23 March and a month later and many ignored emails later, I have not had any response and have not received the promised replacement strap in the correct colour. There is a Reddit thread on this company that I strongly suggested you read before purchasing.

Run away from the company! First off, the color is wrong, it was supposed to be cognac-brown but it looks orange! The finishing is not good, some glue traces are present and the stamping on the liner is visible on the front! On top of that, the strap tapers from 21-16mm which is too much, it should be 21-18 in order to look right. In fact, the strap on the website photographs doesn’t present such a taper. The customer service told me it is mentionner on the product page but it isn't! The customer service is very bad and doesn't respect their customers. After only a few days of wearing it, the strap is falling apart, the pin holes are already bigger and the fabric is deteriorated. This is a Chinese product that makes the consumer believe it comes and was make in the UK. Never again!

SHOCKING - NO response to any email. In the end I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. DO NOT RISK ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY

Arter placing my initial order well before Christmas 2023 I have still not received my order in its entirety as of march 2024. Customer service has stopped responding to me after my emails in February. I am hoping to be refunded as I hope this is all a misunderstanding and that Sebastians wishes to make things just.

Made an order on January 8th and its now 16th March and its not been delivered. I have sent Sebastien's customer service 17 emails to try and get an update and have not had a single response. Terrible customer service and I have claimed for a refund from my credit card company.

Sito vergognoso il 9 febbraio ho fatto un acquisto da loro con consegna 3/5 giorni lavorativi, ad oggi nulla né spedito né rispondono alle mie e-mail inviate ripetutamente al telefono non risponde nessuno ma intanto i miei soldi se li sono presi quindi ho capito che è solo una truffa che stanca l’acquirente che cerca di recuperare 50-60€ spesi al punto di lasciare perdere. Non acquistate da loro!!! È una truffa

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Sebastien's online store. Despite their advertised 30-day return policy for items that don't match the described specifications, my request for a refund was unjustly denied. After purchasing an item distinctly different in colour from what was advertised on their website, I contacted them to initiate a return within the stipulated time frame. The item was in its original, unused condition, and I had followed all the guidelines set out in their return policy. However, my request for a refund was met with resistance and, ultimately, refusal. I provided all necessary documentation and detailed my complaint clearly, emphasising that the product did not match the online description, which is a valid reason for return under their terms. Despite this, the customer service team was unhelpful and insistent that the item could not be returned. This experience has shown me that Sebastien does not stand by its policies or prioritise customer satisfaction. The lack of support and refusal to process what should have been a straightforward return and refund is unacceptable. I am left with a product I cannot use and a reminder of the importance of reliable customer service. I recommend proceeding cautiously to future customers if you choose to purchase from Sebastien. Despite a seemingly customer-friendly return policy, the risk of being stuck with an unwanted item is too high. Plenty of other retailers out there value their customers and stand by their word.

Very poor quality. Don't think these are 'artisan' made. The strap I bought from Timpsons feels higher quality. Two deployment clasps have broken. Seen the exact same ones on Ali Express for £4. Makes me think the strap is from the same supplier. Very poor customer service and response times. Emailed them on Monday this week and still no reply. More accurate reviews on reddit than here. This is a scam.

Has been order the strap since 16/01/2024 still not hear anything and can't get through phone and no email communication so I am in doubt with all 5* reviews on this . Hope the owner see this

I’ve got a tiny wrist and have found many straps on the market to be quite uncomfortable and not the right fit. Most tailors do not offer the sizing in need. This strap was perfect.
