“First time used this company, overall pleased. There were a few issues. The delivery arrived without my main item (24 white upvc cladding panels) It looks as though they were not loaded onto the van. I received some trims, and a taped-up box of adhesive, but the main items were missing. To their credit, it was all sorted extremely quickly and the missing items arrived later the same day on another van, which was quite impressive. I also ordered 6x tubes of adhesive and 2x tubes of silicone. These arrived in a taped-up cardboard box which I didn't open for 4 days as I wasn't doing the job yet. When I opened the box the 2 tubes of silicone were missing. As I hadn't checked on delivery I didn't bother informing them. Lesson learnt. Open everything, check everything. The products are great, and the service is very good. Based on my one order, there seemed to be a lack of ensuring that everything was on the van for delivery. I would use them again though.”

“From order to delivery the experience was easy and smooth. Our driver called to confirm when he would be here and arrived on time. Product is fabulous so please with the pastel green cladding which we chose for our commercial kitchen.”
