“easy to deal with and always no problem with delivery, not a problem with all the price increases due to gas price rises however still not sure why nearly 2 years later im still paying £5 emergency fuel cost delivery fee that was supposed be temporary!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate feedback on the service we provide. We introduced a charge to all orders that required a delivery, this was in March 2022 and was for the amount £4.99 + VAT. “Ordering process was easy and delivery when promised. Maybe giving approx delivery time would be the only improvement I can suggest. Overall, very happy with the service.”

In regard to the approx time of delivery we can give a specific day of delivery and we can advise AM or PM but unfortunately, we cannot give a time of delivery due to the other jobs the driver will have on his load for the day. You may have seen widespread media reports regarding the challenges the UK LPG industry has faced over the last twelve months with many customers being left without gas for days and even weeks. Unfortunately this is something out of our hands, however we do have sufficient stock levels to be able to continue to supply cylinders on a one to one basis.
