“Box with goodies arrived beautifully packaged and then my heart fell... Entirely my own fault but I didn't check the ingredients for the bread or rolls and there is gluten/wheat in both of them. I think, being new to Keto, I presumed there would be no wheat/gluten in them as most of the recipe books I have don't use wheat... but as I said, my own fault for not checking, and I've passed them on to a friend who is diabetic so they will be enjoyed anyway. Otherwise I've no complaints at all and the seed crackers were fab!”
