“Having tried other types of low carb bread which were never that appetizing I was hoping for a better experience with the HeyLo products. I ordered the bagels and the seeded bread. Did not enjoy the bagels - I found they had an unpleasant texture/odour. The seeded bread was ok when toasted until crispy but the slices were tiny - more like the size of a cracker, rather than a slice of bread. I don't think I will be ordering again. Will stick with my homemade chaffles which are both more satisfying and cheaper.”

“I love that I can still enjoy bread and bread rolls in keto however I don't think it tastes that great here and is waaaay too expensive. The prices aren't reasonable or fair.
Before they say "low carb bread is expensive", I've seen many keto brands that offer more reasonable prices for their products. I went with Heylo because they were out of stock but I'll probably shop somewhere else next time.”

“The low carb aspect is great and 0.3 carbs per slice of bread is fantastic and much lower than other low carb loafs however I do think the taste needs working on and the smell I find off putting. Been asking myself whether I’d prefer to have a slice of haylo for 0.3G or LIV LIFE at 3.4G and taste wise I’d sacrifice carbs elsewhere to have the liv life unfortunately. I’ve only had the seeded load though and am keen to try the white/brown loads but after paying £14.50 to try seeded loaf and rolls I’m not sure I can afford to keep trialling :(”
“Not sure about this and mainly because of the price and quantity, why would you charge £4 plus for a loaf half the size of a standard loaf of the shelf , ok it’s low carb but you can buy the same low carb from a supermarket half the price , I won’t be a returning customer”
“The bread arrived covered in mold. The postal conditions need to be looked at to ensure freshness. I cannot comment on the bread items as they are being replaced but the granola is lovely.”

Slices are smaller than hi-carb bread as they are packed with protein and fibre, however, they do weigh a similar amount to white slice. Thanks for giving it a try. “I wanted to eat bread with my low carb diet and this looked like a good thing, however having to spend over £10 on two small loaves I am having to spread the loaves out by freezing one and only eating one slice a day for breakfast, I did not think that bread could cost so much, I must admit that with a little low butter and a scrape of Yeast Extract I do enjoy the one slice of a morning.”

“Liked the cinnamon Raisin loaf good toasted. The white bread had a really strange texture on eating felt like you were chewing a sponge, it went straight in the bin. Applaud your efforts in trying to deliver low carb alternatives as in USA and Australia, keep going.”
“I had to contact Heylo as one of the loaves was open but they replaced it within a few days. I now have 2 loaves that are both dated 14/2/24 so I have 2 weeks to use them! Although I do like the bread, I had hoped that they would have a long shelf life especially as I subscribed to have 2 every 6 weeks!”
