“Awful, messed up my order, I ordered the bundle to try before subscription and all I received was one loaf of cinnamon bread, emailed and they sorted it out but when the rest of my order came it had been shoved into a box that was too small and was badly squashed so I couldn't do anything to make use of the bread and rolls, contacted them on social media- no response, emailed- eventually I got some kind of response saying they couldn't find my order tracking, I wasn't saying it had not been delivered! Asked them to re read my email and no response, it's been well over a week, it's a shame as the cinnamon loaf was nice but the customer service, delivery and (lack of) response were terrible. Have tried another company that does similar, so far so good.”

We're really sorry that you've had this experience. It's not our usual standard. We aim to respond to every message within 24 hours. And we will always replace bread that doesn't arrive in top condition.
