“Bread is great ! Royal mail delivery is shocking. Ordered bread on a Monday, was delivered on Saturday afternoon, stating multiple delivery attempts! I was home the whole week. Box was beaten up and multiple loaves squashed. Bearing in mind delivery is supposed to be 2-3 days! Maybe a rethink on delivery side of the business as I never get my deliveries within 2-3 days.”

“Delivery always on time. It is rather pricey so alot of people might not be able to afford to buy the bread. Taking this into account I think delivery should be free £20 and over! Just had the bagels to try, they were very nice! The brownie not so nice. Weird taste. Like someone else said the seeded bread was very nice but lots of the seed dropped off for some reason. Cinnamon raisin bread like malt loaf, lovely with butter. It has its faults but I've gone down a dress size so sticking with it.”

“Everything I have tried so far is great. Bagels, chocolate bars, rolls, wraps and crackers. All absolutely full of taste and great texture. My latest was Bagels, with philly and smoked salmon.... So nice, I had the 2nd one straight after.....”

“As a type two diabetic person heylo multiseed bread is the perfect bread for me, it doesn’t rise my blood sugar much after having two slices and it taste as good as any other junk bread”

“Good product and delivery service but the formulation changes have resulted in something of a mess when handling the loaf slices. Far too many seeds fall out of the bread and litter the plate before you get to eat the bread. Not convinced that the reformulation is as good an improvement as claimed.”

“Heylo is a very reputable company to deal with. The staff are very helpful and knowlegeable and the products are just the best, much better taste and texture than other products I had tried previously. I love the bagels and Granola, but all the products are very good. The price is fair and the delivery is extremely quick. I have been dealing with them for some while and I will definitely be reordering again soon.”

“I would like to provide a positive review but my latest order has not gone well. My subscription was processed on 23rd September and I was informed it had been dispatched. However, the dispatch email did not include the Royal Mail Tracking code so I have been unable to determine when it will be delivered. It is now 28th September and even though I have paid for the order it has not arrived and I have no means to determine if it will ever arrive. Note a Royal Mail tracking code was provided but it was for my previous order delivered in August and hence of no use at all. Further to the above issue I received an email from Heylo Customer Service on 29th September stating that the order was being resent by Royal Mail 24hr service. This was a very good response and restores my trust in Heylo as a supplier of my low carb bread products. In future I plan to use the 24hr delivery option and pay the premium to ensure I get my goods on time. I have revised my review score to 4 star.”

“I cannot eat regular bread.the adjustment to this bread is easier because it tastes good very low carb once you get used to the texture of some of the varieties. A bit expensive but worth it for my health”

“I love the seeded bread, seeded rolls, the wraps, the seeded bagels and the raisin and cinnamon bread. I have type 2 diabetes and had to be taken off my medication because of side effects. The Heylo products are helping me by keeping my blood sugar below 10 while enjoying sandwiches and treats like the raisin bread. The granola is also delicious. The only problem is the price especially with postage added. One improvement for me would be a mixed packet of brownies of 10 brownies. I prefer the hazelnut one. But they are all nice.”

“A very helpful company.Always quick to respond to any query.The price is high but maybe in time if more customers have orders the price will drop. I buy in bulk and freeze. My favourite is bagels. Never needed to return. Please drop prices!”
