“Registration was very straightforward, with clear instructions with what to do and within what timescales. I found the course content both clear and informative - critical points were made more than once which helped to reinforce their importance. The assessments were well constructed and not just there to trip you up. I have been impressed with the course and have encouraged many colleagues to enrol with HSQE to complete various health and safety courses.”

“It was a great experience to take this online course as you get all the information you need. The best thing is that you decide when to study,when to review and when to take the final test. Also big thanks to Sam who was really helpful with my project and offered all the support I needed. I highly recommend HSQE Ltd to everyone.”

“Very concise training course. It covered everything I would expect from an IOSH Managing Safely course, but at a significantly lower cost than going through a classroom-based trainer. They even had an offer for 5 free, short Health and Safety courses thrown in. I would definitely recommend to others wishing to do IOSH Managing Safely.”

Many thanks for your feedback Karen. I think what is meant is that you didn't need to use the assistance of your tutor throughout the course :)

“Excellent user friendly, convenient training at a very reasonable cost. My only constructive criticism is that some if the questions in the IOSH test are not answered by doing the training and are industry specific, so I wouldn't know them. Otherwise, this was perfect, would recommend and use again.”

Many thanks for your feedback Laura. It is really appreciated. Could you please get in contact re the questions that you thought were not covered in the course and which you thought were industry specific? All the IOSH exam questions are mapped to the version 5 syllabus and contents within the course. If there are any that you didn't feel were covered sufficiently, we'll take a look at how it is presented and see if there is anything we can do to make it clearer. Also, there should not be any industry-specific questions in there. if you can let us know what ones you felt were, we'll pass the feedback on to IOSH (as it is IOSH that set the questions).

“Good customer services. The certificate confirmation date would be ideal due to students needing to prove there course completion. The email is there but cannot-be documented. Overall good quality course work.”

Many thanks for your feedback Francis. Yes unfortunately the certificate comes from IOSH so we cannot say when it will arrive because we are completely in their, and the postal systems hands. Rest assured though, we notify IOSH of the results at the same time that we notify you and we post it by first class signed-for delivery as soon as we receive the certificate back from them. We send out an email notifying you of the result and most employers/clients accept that as evidence that the course has completed. If any client/employer wants to check the authenticity of the email, and you give us permission to communicate with them, we are more than happy to confirm its authenticity. I hope that helps.

“Enjoyed course, only thing I would change is to put roughly how long each module would take, number the pages in each module, and also be able to go back to page you last finished on rather than having to go through the module again to find the page”
