“I thought this course was good, very informative - particularly the aspects around stress and bullying which I had never considered as part of work safety. Some of the questions were very frustrating as it felt at times like the use of the English language was being tested as opposed to the application of H&S understanding.”

Many thanks for your feedback. IOSH have been working on the questions to make them as clear as possible, but we fully appreciate that some of them can be quite tricky. “Very good course material (IOSH Managing Safely), well structured and clearly presented. Good use of mock tests and exercises alongside the main information. I was able to progress at my own rate, quicker as it turns out than the suggested timescale, without needing to travel back and forth to a training venue. A very good example of how online training should be done. Highly recommended.”

“My experience was first class, I was a little worried prior to purchasing the course as I wasn’t really sure who to use. I spoke to HSQE prior to the purchase, they explained everything very clearly. I have now completed the course and was very impressed with how well it was set out. Great help along the way and looking to gaining more qualifications.”

“The online learning was very easy to follow and use, and it was really helpful that you could leave and come back to it at anytime. The information in the training was very detailed and the mock exams really helped prepare you for the final exam. When completing my end of course project, the assessors were very quick to respond and really helpful. I would definitely recommend these courses to my colleagues.”

“The IOSH Award was of excellent quality and covered a large range of issues surrounding Health and Safety, including key legislation, the process for risk identification, scoring, and assessment, and the range of potential risks in the workplace environment. Would definitely recommend to individuals seeking to gain their IOSH certification alongside work or other commitments.”

“Good informative course,work at your own speed. The only draw back is the drop down boxes in the exam are extremely annoying,as you cannot read the questions properly,should be a multiple tick box,underneath the question.”

Many thanks for your feedback Russell. We've not had feedback on the use of drop down boxes in some of the questions before so we've had a look into it in a bit more detail. Our check suggests that students don't get those questions wrong disproportionately compared to the other question formats used in the course. The questions are set by IOSH, so we will feedback your comments to them so that they can take a view on it. Thanks again though and congratulations on passing the course!

“I will like to say a big thank you to everyone in HSQE. I completed the course within a short period of time without any support because the course was very easy to understand with very great examples. The Mock test was very helpful, it is very similar to the actual exams. PLEASE CAN YOU LOOK INTO IT IF YOU CAN ALSO INTRODUCE NEBOSH COURSE. I am highly recommending HSQE to everyone.”
