“I thought this course was good, very informative - particularly the aspects around stress and bullying which I had never considered as part of work safety. Some of the questions were very frustrating as it felt at times like the use of the English language was being tested as opposed to the application of H&S understanding.”

“I thought it was good. As a Director it brought home to me an awareness that my responsibilities do not end at just having someone else in post to 'manage' H&S. I also think the personal commitments thing is a good idea because it forces you think what difference you can make yourself.”

“Generally I don't like web based training because it is more geared for getting a score on the day rather than learning. This course is different because the learning is at the user's pace and the tests are put as questions without distractions. I think it could be improved by providing the user with some coursework at the end for him/her to be able to refer to on a day to day basis as the job requires.”
