Some of the slides are littered with spelling mistakes making it look unprofessional. It also appears to be out of order (The end of course assessment is before the courses for Working at Height & Manual Handling). Overall though, an interesting course with just the right level of content to hold interest through to the end.

Thank you for your feedback Lucie. Working at Height Awareness and Manual Handling Awareness (along with Asbestos Awareness, COSHH Awareness and Fire Warden) are completely stand-alone courses that are separate to the IOSH Managing Safely course. We are currently automatically upgrading all purchases of IOSH Managing Safely to include them as a bonus. As such, you are free to take them independently of the IOSH Managing Safely course and you get a certificate for each of those courses that you complete, in addition to your IOSH Managing Safely certificate. I hope that helps to explain why it might appear out of sequence. With regards spellings, we have just updated some of the courses and it may have been on those that you saw them. We'll run further checks (several are done before they are published) to try to find them. Thanks once again for your feedback.

A very good overview of H&S policies and procedures. The integration w the PDCA cycle is appreciated. This appears to be following ISO guidance, if so, it might be helpful to note that to encourage adaption of existing standards.

Thank you for your feedback Gill, that's certainly an advantage that studying by elearning has over classroom based training. Good to hear that you liked the content as well.

Good course, clear information but it would be good if we were able to print the sections to use as a study guide.

Well presented course and easy to follow through the different screen presentations. Flexible as well, with 190 days to complete the course, you can work at your own pace with no pressure. Would recommend.

Course very accessible and the online element enabled me to dip in and out so was able to fit it around work. Very detailed and useful content, have learnt a lot more than I anticipated though some information not so applicable to my current role in an office based environment (though may well be useful for the future!)

Many thanks for your feedback Hollie. Many of our students do find the mock tests useful, ahead of taking the final assessment. At present we have two mock tests that each comprise of multi-choice questions. The mocks are based on the two mock tests included in the standard classroom-delivered course. We will check with IOSH at the next review to see if we can increase the number of mock assessments leading up to the final assessment.

Course intro was clear and understandable, all presentations were well presented and provided adequate information. I personally found the Test myself exercise to be a good form of examination.
