“All very good, as explained and was straight forward to complete the course content. Not sure though if it would have helped if you should send students some literature/book on Managing safely for guidance and help throughout. Some of the questions in the final exam can be a little mis leading. Otherwise, fantastic and thanks.”

“The course and content were very good, if somewhat dull at times. It was easy to follow and understand. I enjoyed the pop up quiz which keeps you on your toes, Is it worth adding extra quizzes throughout the modules?”

“I originally considered this as more of a refresher course having already done training on several of these modules. However I gained a lot of new information that i wasn`t aware of which i can use and in that respect the course was well worth doing. Kind regards Jeff”

“Good points are that it is online and can be accessed at any time to suit your schedule. Bad points are : 1. you cant get print out of the slides to you must n=be in front of an electronic device to get access to the notes. 2. End of course assignment has to be e-mailed to tutor but there is no acknowledgement of receipt, it just seems to go into a black hole with no feedback.”

Many thanks for your feedback William, it is appreciated. To answer the points you make: (1) It is a condition of the license that we have with the course approval body that we have to operate in that way. We will keep it under review though. (2) The assessment is in two parts. The online test (which you can see the results as soon as you complete the course) and the project (that gets emailed to all our tutors). Whichever tutor marks the project sends an acknowledgement/feedback to the email address that was used to send the project in. This takes place within 24 hours of receipt. However, it can sometimes be blocked by a customers' spam filter/firewall. I have checked with our tutors and the acknowledgement/feedback was sent from Sam Blow. Sam will resend it to you today so you have a copy for your records. It may be beneficial to add ' @hsqe.co.uk ' to your safe senders list to make sure it gets through. I hope that helps.

“I thought the content was good. One slight annoyance is that you can't pick up where you left off, you have to go through all the slides to find where you were.”

Many thanks for your feedback Keri. You'll be pleased to hear that most of our courses now enable quick navigation and we are in the process of adding the function to those courses that do not currently have it enabled.
