“Easy to digest, straight forward content - the end of session assessments are simple and in some cases it a little obvious - but other than that a good programme”

“The course was well structured and easily navigated. The content was easily understood and flowed well. My only criticism would be the length of some of the presentations as some being over 90 slides long felt a little prolonged.”

“The course content was good and well structured. Estimated hours to complete was about correct. The look and feel of the website was a bit old fashioned which was OK and in some ways lent it authority. However, a more modern design would be welcome. The navigation between the assessment questions and the main content was a bit clunky but usable. I would also suggest more questions per assessment for a better test of knowledge.”

Thank you for your feedback. We don't get asked to put in more end of course assessment questions very often :) But that part is controlled by the body that approves the course, so we will put that to them.

“When your looking through the slide shows, It would be nice to have some questioners in between sections, Just to break it up a bit. You can get bored just looking through the slides and you feel you are not taking all the information in. Overall good”

“I thought it was a strong course. I was looking to do a H&S qualification to improve my CV and having just finished one contract I had some free time to do it online at home and this was perfect. I was a bit concerned it would just be a box ticking exercise with little merit, but this didn't prove to be the case and it is thoughtful and well put together programme. The testing is thought provoking and it does have options that keep you thinking.”

“The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful, and got back to me very quickly. The course material was good though the format / presentation did feel a bit dated - basically a slide deck to click through one at a time. But covered the material thoroughly and clearly.”

“The IOSH EHS for Construction Site Managers was easy to manage online. Once the training portal access was given, the course was easy to access and complete. Feedback when requested was prompt and the project assessment results came back in less than 2 days.”

“The content was very clear and concise. The template and instructions for the project were also really helpful. The only thing that would improve the training was some more multimedia options for the content, i.e. short videos or animations. Other than that, great!”
