“My step daughter ordered for me a set of bath taps (fitted) and a set of basin taps. We changed our minds on the basin taps as we decided to change the whole basin unit. (Not yet done) Due to an ongoing close family illness, we were unable to return the basin taps within the strict 30 day returns rule. It was 31 days. We were declined the returns/refund. Just 1 day out. Not the best customer service 😒. The bath taps, however, look really good.”

“10 days on 2 requests for a review and nothing has arrived, no one one their right mind would use EVRI but they do and EVRI will use ever excuse to cover their extremely poor performance and as the original email of six days age said next day delivery I'm not impressed.”

“WORST COMPANY EVER! SENT ME A FAULTY SHOWER HOSE AND REFUSED TO REPLACE. DON'T SPEND A PENNY WITH THESE COW BOYS THEY'D RATHER LOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER OVER A £10 SHOWER HOSE”
