“Purchased the Downton thermostatic shower set and used it less than 5 times in three years. The product has cracked and the shower head seals completely disintegrated making it unusable. Further more the 10 year guarantee promoted on the website is a total scam as excludes virtually every part of shower set. The product is total garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE”

“Unbelievable customer service Excellent products at at a great price I had a faulty bath waste clicker two weeks after installation I visited there office in Braintree on my way home from work after emailing them earlier that day they gave me a replacement part there and then in the spot The customer service was outstanding”
