Very Poor Customer Service
Purchased a product which granted was not fitted immediately. However it was still brand new out of the box when I did fit the unit and it was seriously faulty. Caused quite a flood. I had to fix immediately so purchased one elsewhere.
When I contacted this company they would not refund. A new tap is no use after this time!!
