Lots of products all supported by a worthless 10 year guarantee. I thought that they would be different to all of the other Chinese brands on the market, but sadly not. I thought ENKI would be reliable and long lasting, but this has proved not the case. Pay your money and take your chance, summs ENKI up.

Purchased the Downton thermostatic shower set and used it less than 5 times in three years. The product has cracked and the shower head seals completely disintegrated making it unusable. Further more the 10 year guarantee promoted on the website is a total scam as excludes virtually every part of shower set. The product is total garbage. DO NOT PURCHASE

Looks amazing but quality really poor Bought a traditional antique brass thermostatic shower that only runs red hot !! and a Traditional Exposed Bath Retainer Waste & Ball Chain Plug With Overflow that completely rusted away after 31 months flooding my house.... left messages but nobody gets back to you with a reply SHOCKING customer service

You have sent me 3/4 inch female to 1 inch male shower connector. Not as I ordered 1/2" female to 3/4" male. I did email you twice and got no respose back. I had to Google you to find a phone number to call you. That was a waste of time. I first selected support and got an pre-recorded message telling me to email you and that the email would be answered within 24 hours. Well I knew that to be rubbish. So I called again and selected sales. It rang out and then I got a pre-recorded message asking me to leave my name and phone number and that you would call me back - you never did. So I now own a piece of chrome junk that is no use to me and which cost me over £10. Thank God I never ordered a £8,000 bathroom suite from you, which we were thinking of doing - we were saved by the bell on that one. Very poor service - couldn't have been worse. So I was pleased to receive an email from you asking for a review. Now that it is written I will copy it to TrustPilot to warn other potential customers.

My step daughter ordered for me a set of bath taps (fitted) and a set of basin taps. We changed our minds on the basin taps as we decided to change the whole basin unit. (Not yet done) Due to an ongoing close family illness, we were unable to return the basin taps within the strict 30 day returns rule. It was 31 days. We were declined the returns/refund. Just 1 day out. Not the best customer service 😒. The bath taps, however, look really good.

10 days on 2 requests for a review and nothing has arrived, no one one their right mind would use EVRI but they do and EVRI will use ever excuse to cover their extremely poor performance and as the original email of six days age said next day delivery I'm not impressed.

WORST COMPANY EVER! SENT ME A FAULTY SHOWER HOSE AND REFUSED TO REPLACE. DON'T SPEND A PENNY WITH THESE COW BOYS THEY'D RATHER LOSE A GOOD CUSTOMER OVER A £10 SHOWER HOSE

the spray from the hand held shower on the Downton bath shower mixer has very poor pressure , the shower head is obviously made for a powered shower and they are making do with the one shower head for both. I advised them when the changed the head to another make the pressure is good which proves my point. They told me to buy a new shower head that works and were not willing to fund it in any way.

To quote Trading Standards when I spoke to them this week, "the items bought are substandard and not fit for purpose. This is a breach of contract" Be very wary buying from this company. They advertise a 10 year guarantee, but we've had multiple documented faults, and the company has refused to help in anyway, beyond the copy / pasted 'We're very sorry blah blah'. We spent over £300 on our shower. The head was so blocked up it was unusable within 6 months. Now 2 years down the road, the temperature tap has simply snapped off. Poor quality manufacture, backed up by a total lack of customer service. If you want a product that lasts longer than 6 months look elsewhere.

Wate of money!!! Buttons are not waterproof!!! After refurbish my bathroom now i have to spend another 3000 pounds just because those buttons are not waterproof...

Hi Thanks for the opportunity. As of now I still haven't received order ordered a week ago my customer is not happy so this affects My reputation they are still without a kitchen mixer and I'm going away for 10 days tomorrow. If you haven't got stock available you shouldn't take the order. Disappointed .

Very Poor Customer Service Purchased a product which granted was not fitted immediately. However it was still brand new out of the box when I did fit the unit and it was seriously faulty. Caused quite a flood. I had to fix immediately so purchased one elsewhere. When I contacted this company they would not refund. A new tap is no use after this time!! Be warned !!

This was to replace a shower hose that rusted in just 18 months. The quality is very poor. An on going issue that was never resolved with our mixer is also a frustrating situation ! I wouldn’t recommend.

Purchased a bath mixer tap from this company. On installation, our bathroom fitter (of 15 years’ experience) found that the hot side wouldn’t seal properly with the supplied rubber washers, and was leaking as a result. Swapping the washers over made no difference, so there was clearly a defect with the tap itself. Messaged House of Enki clearly explaining the issue in detail, with pics, and asking for a replacement tap to be sent. Firstly, they mailed rather patronising copied-and-pasted instructions about “how to check a seal”, which our fitter really didn’t need. Secondly they offered to send a replacement washer, even though I’d already explained swapping the washers made no difference, so a replacement wouldn’t help either. Thirdly, they offered to refund the cost of the tap if I sent it back to them. Great. This lengthy and tedious issue caused me a load of hassle, frustration, and extra labour costs from our fitter who had to source and later fit a much thicker washer in order to correct the manufacturing defect in the tap. House of Enki clearly weren’t bothered about any of it, and offered only the minimum level of ‘help’ that was actually no help at all. I will not be buying from them again.
