“I purchased x4 tickets to the Harry Styles concert at Wembley. I received fantastic service from Adam! He was able to accommodate all my questions and the booking process was simple and easy”

“Royal Ascot 2023, Ladies Day. From the beginning of my enquiry my questions were answered and advice given by Adam C very promptly. With 6 days to go I received the gold glittery package and I knew from then that the tone of the upcoming day was set! It was amazing! From the moment we arrived the staff we came into contact were friendly, polite and professional and even more so as we left ensuring we got to the right place for our taxi. The waiters in the Pavillon Restaurant were very attentive especially as we were two ladies on our own. The food was very nice and suited the day in terms of being fresh and light. The day was made even better when the only win I had was the Royal Win ‘Desert Hero’! The experience around the bandstand was a great way to end a very successful day. The day showcased what Britain does best - food, drink and celebration. The only thing that would have helped us would have been a list/menu of the drinks available within our package so that we knew what we could order, etc without an additional cost. We are definitely considering a return visit next year as we want to explore further and now have the confidence to do so.”

“We had the most amazing time at Capital Radio's Summer Time Ball. What really made this day was the VIP Premium Tickets. These were absolutely worth every single penny we paid. We had fast access to the venue, no queues at all for food, drinks, the loos and amazing front row seats! We will definitely do this again for future events! “We attended the Coldplay concert at Ethiad stadium at the weekend. We were late booking this and worried we might not get seats together for our party of six. Adam managed to get us fantastic seats together with probably some of the best views in the stadium. He booked us the Mancunian hospitality package and we were blown away withe the standard of food, drinks and proximity to our seats. “When requesting a call back for Beyoncé’s renaissance tour within 1 month of it going ahead, Adam Coughtrey swiftly called me back and helped to organise VIP hospitality at Tottenham Hotspur stadium. Fantastic service from Adam and the Hospitality Centre team and we will 100% be using your services for all our our events in the future! “We were a group of six Australians who travelled a long way to see the FA Cup Final. Adam recommended a package that was absolutely top notch. While we waited for the tickets to come through, he kept us fully updated and responded to all questions in quick time. Everything went well on the day. We were in the chairmans box and it was a fantastic evening, hospitality was first class and the guys at The hospitality centre made sure everything ran smoothly and where there to answer all our questions in the build up to the event.
