“It’s always worrying when ordering tickets on the internet, but the efficient and helpful service I received helped allay those worries. I asked a lot of questions! They were always answered in a courteous and timely manner! Everything was what it said on the tin and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Thanks Dan”

“It was the first time I had used Hospitality Centre for a Concert, and booked tickets for Springsteen when they were first advised, talked to Dan who delete with my booking, then the long wait hoping tickets come, I should not have worried, we received a email saying tickets are going to be available soon, they were emailed to us with our seat's, block, and row information, which had a great view of the stage, the Hospitality area was in the Bobby Moore lounge, wonderful large area with plenty of seating, food stations and bar, with service people in attendance, DJ playing great music, this was all included in our package, we could have used the lounge after the show for an hour but decided to go straight home, I would definitely use this service again if I wanted to see a Concert, thanks Dan.”

“Nice experience at Wembley, lots of drink outlets (bit too many according to my wife who met me afterwards :-) Good toilet facilities too, unlike a footy match, the ‘users’ are spread out so no queuing all went very smoothly”

“Good experience of booking for an amazing concert- we are big Springsteen fans. A friend who has booked via Dan O’Rourke at hospitality centre recommended them to me. From the first email Dan was helpful and clear on price what was included in the experience. We had very well located seats and the concourse was uncrowded with good access to drinks food and toilets which made the whole experience very good. Getting home was also good with a smooth exit to the tube”

“From the initial enquiry about Bruce Springsteen for 25th July right up until the post show Dan and his team have been excellent. I was continually kept up to date with the ticketing. Great value for the seat. A sample of photos provide the excellent view. A stress free experience which is unusual when obtaing any ticket for a Bruce show. Will certainly be booking with them again - if possible.”

“Brilliant service all round from Dan and the team - we were offered tickets for BST with Kylie late on Thursday afternoon via work and Dan worked his magic by sorting these within 30mins of my initial call to him - even calling in on his holiday on the Friday to check all was cool and giving us really useful info about hotels, travel and parking near Hyde Park. The event was incredible and we were blessed with VIP Diamond passes which provided an incredible position just inches from the stage - my wife was in heaven being a Kylie nut! Fabulous service and definitely recommend these guys!”

“Adam Coughtrey made our experience so easy and stress free. He was there every step of the way. The three lions bar was beautiful and well worth the price. I would have liked more food choices but it did not spoil the occasion. We were in row 8 which was a front row and provided an amazing view. Queing was easy and we were in the stadium within 15 minutes. All of the facilities were good and the security and staff were professional, polite and some even had a joke with us. AC/DC were fantastic as normal. Overall the experience was amazing.”

“Wow, Foo Fighters at the London Stadium!! What an experience!! I really recommend Hospitality. I have attended a few VIP events. But I have to say this was the best. With the help of Dan O'Rourke , I went for the 'Gold VIP package' . Yes , it was a few hundred pounds more than standard price, but expectations were exceeded for myself and family members. The Lounge, Food , Drinks, viewing from the balcony, access to facilities, to staff members being accommodating and friendly. The whole process from booking to receiving passes. Fantastic. Will defiantly do this again.”
