“Superb customer service provided by Adam when booking a hospitality package for 6 Nations Scotland vs England at Murrayfield. I booked this as a gift for my father's special birthday and Hospitality Centre provided a personal gift card for him. Nothing was too much trouble and I received excellent customer care from start to finish. My Mum and Dad had a fantastic experience at the event itself enjoying first class food, drinks and entertainment before and after the event itself. They had superb seats for the match itself and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.”

“We had an amazing time at Murrayfield for the Calcutta Cup Match this weekend. Simon smoothed out any niggles and our tickets arrived in time for us to get properly excited about the event. The whole experience was just wonderful. Price very competitive, customer service above and beyond.”

Adam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me organise and arrange my perfect package for a surprise Christmas present. “I have been attending VIP events with Hospitality Centre for over 5 years now. The events have ranged from Eagles, Cheltenham Long Run Box, F1 Fusion Lounge, Henley Riverside, Liverpool Premier Club and Queen O2 VIPs. Due to Covid the Queen concert date has been moved a number of times, however, the team have kept me informed every step of the way, judging off my past experiences I have no concerns whatsoever. One event was canceled due to Covid and I received an instant refund. Highly recommend and I look forward to this years upcoming events. Well done to Simon and the team!”

The seats at the 02 for Madness were second to none and I felt reasonably priced for VIP. I will definitely use the services of Adam and Hospitality Centre for any future tickets. “The First time I have used hospitality centre and will not be the last. It's been a incredable experience from the very beginning were Simon Young gave his time to organise my wife and my self a package to see Gary barlow. Never in all the years have I ever used a company so professional for purchase of concert ticket requirements. Then the arrival at the event itself. Was so comforting with the warm welcome we received and was taken care of at the point of security checks to booking in and being escorted to the book in lounge of the restaurant and bar. Escorted to our tables were we received table service for our drink orders and meal requirements. Once concert commenced we were taken to our seats which were excellent close to front of stage and b stage. There is no hesitation and doubt of recommending the hospitality centre to anyone. I can not praise them enough for there care to the customer there dedication with trouble free communication and the way they operate as a team a prime example of a company who puts its customers first and do not just talk they actually deliver excellence.”

“I live in the US, and I have been a customer of Hospitality Center since early 2020. I purchased 4 tickets from them to go watch Liverpool, but COVID19 hit and no fans were allowed to attend. They refunded my payments no questions asked. in 2021, I wanted to get tickets to another match, and contacted them. They were responsive and got me great package. They were very responsive even with time zone difference and supportive whenever I made any adjustments. I just got back from going to the match, and the seats, the package and the entire experience they provided was exceptional. Thank you Simon!”

“Amazing service from Simon Young (Sales Director) with the help of George (Operations Manager), considering we had a very last minute request! We bought VIP tickets from them a year ago, and on the day of the event we had problems with the tickets (getting them couriered from Ldn to Mcr- a mishap our end). After spending hours trying to get in contact with the venue directly, I called Simon and within 30 mins he had already sorted us new tickets with new names on, that were printed and waiting for us at the venue, and then followed up with a map of where to retrieve them from at the arena. Hugely appreciated! Thank you again.”
