“Originally the sand pit was advertised at £70 but after I had placed the order and paid I was advised this was an updating error on the sellers site, so the order was cancelled by Home Done. The error was soon rectified and I was notified by Home Done. However, I had been told my money for the first order would be refunded, assuming this was in process, I reordered at the amended price costing £8 more, but this was still a good price in comparison to other sites. I was then told I could have simply paid the extra £8 as the refund had not been processed. So to date I have paid £148.90 and I am still waiting for a refund for my first payment which could take 5-6 working days. So still waiting for the refund which hopefully will be received by the beginning of next week.
I am unable to comment on the sandpit yet as it's a birthday present for my grandson, so hopefully I'll know more about that in a few weeks.
Home Done were helpful and informative, a shame I reordered before being told my refund hadn't been processed after all, otherwise they'd have got 5 stars.”
