“After 3 failed deliveries from Amazon on a AV receiver and also having to get refund from another company for a order on some speakers that didn't arrive I called home AV direct got both delivered next day delivery Very impressed and great customer service very helpful and will be defiantly getting the rest of my 5.1.2 system from them 5 star Thanks very much for all your help”

“The service provided by Home AV Direct was very good. I asked for confirmation that they had the item (Yamaha cd-600 multi-disc player) in stock and they phone back in a hour or so to confirm they had stock. I placed the order and got delivery the following day! Commendable service. Not only will I buy from them again, I will also sing their praises to all of the hi-fi buffs I meet !!. THANK YOU ! Home AV, sorry I don't have your names to put them in print !”

“Having been let down by Amazon, who failed to deliver as promised, I was given the number of Home AV Direct. With just 2 days to go, I desperately needed a PA system for my father's funeral (a Covid 19 victim). The member of staff I spoke to was extremely helpful and in just a short phone call it was all sorted for next day delivery. The sytem was easy to use and worked perfectly. I'm pleased to highly recommend this company. Lily”
