“I was very happy with the service received. I did not give 5 stars as the amount of stock on their website was incorrect so they did not have the amount i ordered available. However, they did have enough for me to complete the job and they gave me an opened roll for free to make up for this which I was very pleased with. The product itself is beautiful and I am delighted with it. Thank you.”

“Happy with the wallpaper sample I received. A bit disappointed that there was no discount offered if I went ahead to buy the wallpaper or the money back for the sample off the wallpaper order.”

Our keen prices across the website mean that any extra services such as the sample service need to be chargeable. Any subsidisation would need a roll price increase, we feel that the sample charge is the fairest way to keep both roll prices and sample charges to a minimum. “Found wallpaper I wanted at £5 roll cheaper than my local diy store ..so for 12 rolls saved £60. Ordered on the Sunday and received on the Wednesday. ...well packaged. My only slight quibble was I had ordered some paste at the same time and the packets were removed from the main box so I now have no instructions on how to make the paste up ( ie water to paste ratio ) Oh well it means a trip to the diy store so tha I can read the Solvite box. something for Home Flair to remember in future.”

“Recently ordered samples did have incorrect product numbers on back but luckily I noticed myself going to purchase more paper have ordered in past with no problems at all quality paper”

“Lovely pattern, but not very good at sticking to the wall, we had to work quickly to make sure it was very well pasted as it was particularly difficult to get the edges to stay down. However, once we persevered, it looks lovely up”

“The staff member that I talked to on the telephone was very helpful. My only criticism is that the roll of paper that I needed was just over twice what I paid for it here in Belfast.”

“Well although when I ordered my wall paper on line the fact that you didn't have the wallpaper in the warehouse was a bit disappointing when it said it was in stock. In fact it was twice that you had to inform me that 1 you didn't have enough of one type, then my second choice was not in its location point in the warehouse. However taking all this in to consideration Kelly in the office who had to inform me which she did twice both by email text and phone did a great job and was very helpful and is a credit to you. This would not stop me ordering from you again as I think that the girls in the office do a fantastic job and clearly do really care about the jobs they do, Well done girls.....”

“Wallpaper is really good. Packaging could have been better as the end of the roll was damaged in transit. Fortunately I only needed a smallish amount so was able to salvage enough for my purpose otherwise I would have had to return.”

“I found this site some time ago, when looking for borders. A large selection is well displayed. Bit concerned at first regarding on screen colour accuracy, but was impressed with the eventual purchase. Similarly, looking for a novel, but not outrageous paper, for one wall in a small room, found a number of likely candidates and settled for one called Love Letters. This has met with positive comment from everyone who has seen it. The service is quick, the pricing is keen. Will continue to support this company. Frank Robinson”
