“Only ordered a sample, but delivery was prompt and quality seems good. Just about to order wallpaper for the whole house as their pricing is very competitive”

We believe that those whom wish to sample are happy to pay for them - a “free” service would increase the prices across the store for all, not just those whom use the sample service. “Everything was good except the price of the postage, £12 for two rolls of wallpaper was really expensive. It would make me think twice about buying again or recommending.”

We offer a flat rate delivery service to most UK addresses, the couriers we use apply a surcharge to Highlands and Islands and certain other UK postcodes as they deem them remote or extended to deliver too. As our wallpaper prices and accessories are so keen, reluctantly, this charge must be passed on. If you wish to discuss your experience in further detail, please contact our customer service team.

“The first two rolls of wallpaper arrived on time but there was slight damage to the edge of the wallpaper which then meant the amount we could use was reduced and there wasn't then enough to complete the job. We ordered another 3 rolls in case it was a different batch but when it arrived it was the same batch so we were able to finish the job. the second batch arrived on time and well packaged. We are very pleased with the result.”

“My order arrived within a few days and was well packaged. Very happy with everything and would use this service again. Only down side was delivery charge was quite high at £10 especially when the postage stamps were roughly £5!”

“Love, love, love the wallpaper I ordered and it was dispatched very quickly. However the minor downside was the delivery company who didn't deliver on the day they said they would ( I had waited in all day for it) and then said my address was incomplete to be followed by and attempted delivery (but not the one that was showing on the tracking system) so they left it at a local delivery point which was miles from where I live. Even with the delivery issues I have no problems in recommending the company as the wallpapers are lovely!”

“Staff were fantastic, very helpful. Next day delivery was a huge disapointment, arriving after 5.30pm on both occasions. Lost two days work as a result.”
