“Ordered the samples first which came the next day. Main order arrived on time but one of the boxes was split. Very pleased with the wallpaper, decorating is ongoing. I rang Home Flair and placed an order that way not online. Very courteous staff and kept me informed of delivery status.”

“Wallpaper arrived quickly and well packaged and all with same batch number. Only problem was I tried to get into the delivery webpage to re-schedule the delivery but had difficulty and ended up having to travel to the next village to pick it up.”

“Very pleased with the service but extremely disappointed at the amount charged for postage. Mail to Inverness is the same price as elsewhere but Home Flair charge extra for some postcodes. Would recommend to friends with a reservation because of delivery charges.”

“"Wallpaper borders are out of fashion," my wife and I were told at our local home decor showroom, "although customers still ask for them regularly." This (contradictory) view had convinced them to stock only a dozen or so samples, none of which was suitable and we were despairing of finding the room finish we desired. We were therefore very pleased to discover Home Flair online offering a huge range of borders to select from and a fairly simple way of ordering them. So far, we have only requested samples, selected from Home Flair's range. These arrived promptly and provided a clearer idea of the strengths and weaknesses of each sample than the screen-view online. At 75p per sample, the cost was not too bad, but it would have been improved if the price could have been reduced for multiple selections, to allow us the widest possible line-up to choose from at reasonable cost. We have chosen a border which we both like and in due course will most likely purchase the appropriate quantity from Home Flair. If delivery of the full order is as prompt and straightforward as the sample delivery, we will be well satisfied.”

“Great variety of wallpaper. I purchased the pink gingham wallpaper for my 2year olds bedroom. On arrrival via step by step alerts from Home Flair and DPD my wallpaper looked gorgeous and felt very expensive for the price I paid. However, putting it up was a different matter. You can't use a smoother as any colour easily gets caught and embedded in the grain of the paper and left then with dirty looking marks all over the paper, especially at the edges. It bubbled massively so was very dubious as to what it would look like overnight. I was surprised that it did manage to 80% flatten out but I still have bubbling in some areas. A great looking wallpaper just a nightmare to hang”

“They were helpful when I phoned them and the wallpaper which I purchased was levels and good value and quality, the only minor point was that when i wanted a sample I thought it was too expensive”

“Paper arrived on time in good packaging but was very fragile and tore constantly. This is a manufacturing issue not the supplier who did their bit efficiently. However put me off buying thid kind of thing online in the future.”
