The friendly surveyor arrived promptly and his subsequent report was useful. However, despite having specifically been asked to survey the roof (as repairs had been recently carried out due to leakages), it was extremely disappointing to have another roof leak less than two weeks after the surveyor had inspected the roof. The latest leak was due to some cracked tiles which surely should have been spotted during the inspection.
