“When I arrived at the pickup point at the airport at approx 9.30pm it was closed with a sign saying so although there was a woman inside. She told me they finish transfers finished at 10pm. When questioned why there was no one to take me to my hotel as I had paid for this service, I was told that it was quiet and the drivers had all gone home (they should have had me on the list of arrivals). She then got on the phone and got a driver to come back and take me to my hotel so everything was sorted. If they stop transfers at 10pm it should be included on the paperwork you send the customer. The woman and driver were very friendly and helpful even though there was a problem.”

“Excellent service!! Our inbound flight was 2hrs late but our friendly driver was waiting with a warm welcome. Safe efficient transfers with professional drivers both smartly dressed. Punctual and accommodating. Cars were clean and comfortable. Would definitely use this service again.”
