“I needed to change my pick up location within 24 hours of my pick up time. They were able to accommodate this and liaise with the local taxi company to make sure they were informed. The local taxi firm were unable to find us (which wasn't their fault) because our address wasn't recognised on google etc (we had issues with Uber as well). So they called me and sent me a WhatsApp so I could share my location which they were the able to located us quickly.”

“Such a fantastic service, the driver was waiting for us at the airport, polite, friendly, even asked us what music we would like to listen to. The minibus was clean and looked brand new. Same for coming home, driver early, polite and friendly and the minibus was spotless. Would use again and would highly recommend.”

“I booked two taxis. One from the airport to my hotel which was a shared minibus. It was unfortunate that I had to walk from terminal 2 to terminal 1 (Barcelona) to get the minibus. Once at the terminal I went to the helpdesk and I was directed to the minibus and waited only 20 minutes. The bus driver was very friendly and helpful. We did not get dropped at the hotel due to one way system so had to walk with suitcases for 10 mins so a bit frustrating. The second taxi was from the port terminal to the airport. It was a private cab and it was perfect. He was on time and he was friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable ride door to door. A little more money but worth it.”

“I recently booked transfer to and from our hotel in Riviera Maya and Cancun Airport via Holiday Taxis (Nexus Tours). I?d booked an SUV. During both journeys, we had very comfortable SUVs. The drivers were very good and punctual. For the return journey, I contacted their representative at the hotel and confirmed pick-up location etc the very next day. Overall it was a very good experience. Will definitely use these guys again for airport transfers in the Caribbean.”

“Always use Holiday Taxis and they have never failed to impress. We had an issue with our flight out being changed and when we phoned to see if our pick up time could be changed, it was all dealt with and sorted in no time at no extra cost.”

“We were a party of 6 so needed larger transport for us and luggage. When we arrived in Kefalonia there was a problem because there were 4 villas with the same name in the area and they didn?t know which one to take us to but we managed to sort it in the end. They were extremely helpful and the outward and return journey.”
