“The service and care at HB&D is excellent. The opticians give a very comprehensive 360-degree personalized check-up that is 2nd to none. In addition to this, they do not insist on selling you new glasses if you do not need them. I travel miles to attend my appointment in Holborn, and it is worth it every time. Thank you!”

“HB&D have been my opticians for many years. They're a highly professional, but also very friendly family firm, long-established in London. Their advice is generously given, particularly with aftercare to eyeware. They take a particular interest in professional needs - in my case, as a musician, needing to read music from different distances. I strongly recommend.”

“I had seen Bushra, a graduate optometrist for my eye test. The eye test was very thorough, everything was explained in detail and I felt I was being listened to all the way and my needs understood. Bushra without fail gave me the best level of service and care- I will be recommending this optician to anyone as the level of service provided by them is outstanding! The glasses range is great, lots of colours, shapes and sizes- the opticians really take their time to tailor each pair for you and make this journey extra special. Her knowledge on lenses and glasses is paramount and ensured the right pair were carefully handpicked and crafted and ready for collection the very same day.
