“Hired a car from Easirent at gatwick Airport. The desk was fairly busy when we arrived and it took about 15 minutes to gat sorted. We had to wait for our car to be brought round, this took about 10 - 15 minutes. We hired a B class and were given a 4 seater Smart car which was way too small as we were going to use it for 4 people. Easirent changed it to a Ford Focus when without any complaints. Overall the whole process was a bit slow but I would use them again.”
“My only problem was one with the car itself. The socket for charging phone, satnav etc was not working which was a real inconvenience. Fortunately as a qualified vehicle technician i was able to fix the problem myself as i would have been lost without it. I think its something that should be checked before collection.”

“Picked up and dropped off from Tourist Information in Kranjska Gora. Really easy and quick changeover. No queues, a nice guy brought the car at the time arranged and we left the keys with staff when we returned it. Petrol station just around the corner so filling up was a doddle. Only downside is there is no car wash for 25km and I do like to wash before I return cars. Overall I am extremely happy and would not hesitate rebooking.”
“my original booking had a drop off point different from pick up. i was asked after i booked 45 pounds extra. (should have been on the booking when it was done). the car i received was a sports ASTRA GTC 2 door and not a 5 door. that is because i asked for a cruise control.(should have been more options. i was informed that a different co will contact me for insurance but never did. i had to pay 80 pounds extra for that though i could get it much cheaper online. the only very good thing made me feel much better was the service i received from the person who served me at PUDNEY BRIDGE location both on pick up and drop off. there was a lady there who i do not remember her name and a guy called Luc. both were very helpfull and friendly and made the rental very easy and relaxing.”
