“Customer service stands Hillcroft out above some of its competitors. Delivery is always prompt, reliable and accurate. Every member of staff I have had contact with has been very helpful. Olivia is particularly knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to queries. It is not always the most cost effective in terms of price and some of the paper products are of better quality elsewhere.”

“We always find Hillcroft to have good stock supplies. Their Website is very user friendly and easy to navigate, particularly like that it tells you if you have ordered something before. Then you know you are probably on the right item. Hillcroft Customer Services is excellent, there is always someone there to help and always very accommodating and will do all they can to help to get the right item or resolve the issue.”
