“I always find you so helpful and usually prompt in my replies. I would just ask if I could have a follow up re orders still waiting to be sent to us. I do realise ordering stock for yourselves is very strained with some items but a monthly email just to say sorry your items are still on our backorder. It just keeps me informed and for me to pass onto my staff.”

“Website very quick and easy to manoeuvre around and if there is a query staff quick and available to take your call, no long messages or menus before getting through to someone. The only downside would be on the website where it asks you to call for alternatives against certain products, it would be nice if the message could direct you to alternative products. Very competitive pricing and excellent service. Thank you”
