“I used to fit the Swingaway Beds which have been discontinued so purchased the Next Bed on recommendation of Hideaway Beds. I was not disappointed, it’s a good product, fittings is even simpler and it is generally less bulky to build a cabinet around. Definitely recommend. Thank you very much for your feedback. It looks like you have our Next Bed installed. If the bed is not staying level to the floor when there is no user weight on it, you may have too many springs installed in comparison to the weight of the mattress, as the mechanism is designed to counter balance based on the number of springs and mattress weight. A lighter mattress would require less springs to be installed. Hope this helps.
