“Tree surgeons - excellent. Admin - communication needs attention with correct quotes and changes to any times or dates communicated to the client. Shame a lack of response gave such a poor impression of the company.”

“I have just used Hi-line to carry out some tree work in my garden. The process from initial quote to final invoice has been very well organised and well run. The work could not be carried out on the initial visit due to a pigeon sitting on her eggs within the tree so they returned a couple of months later, at no extra charge. The two tree surgeons were pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and consulted closely to ensure that they completed the work to my liking. They took care to avoid damage to any other plants within my garden and tidied up very well at the end of the work. The work was competitively priced and I would definitely use them again”

“We have had some ash trees taken down in our next door neighbours garden and the team required access through our garden. The team were polite, caring, consciencious and friendly. I really enjoyed watching and was amazed how hard they worked on the ground and up the trees. They are a credit to your company. They left our garden incredibly tidy after the mess that they made taking all the trees down and made sure they moved everything so nothing was damaged before starting the work. ”
