“The guys arrived on time and started work but were surprised when I asked about the root grinder, which was apparently on its way to Bristol. After I'd phoned Hi Line, it was confirmed that they needed the grinder and so they had to wait for it to be brought back to London. Then everything went OK and they did fix up my clothesline which had been attached to the tree.”

“Excellent service all round - from booking, thru to those that turned up to remove our tree. The whole team to be incredibly polite and considerate. The two chaps that carried out the work were super tidy, even raking the lawn before they left to make sure the garden looked the same as when they arrived - minus a tree of course. Would definitely recommend !!!”

The team worked through some awful weather so the job did take a day longer than they planned but we were updated regularly by a site worker & received a phone call from their main office. “We had three lime trees cut back, two old stumps reduced and a new lime tree planted and staked. The team came on time - got on with the job suffice neatly and cleaned up afterwards removing all the rubbish. There is little more one can add except to say, we will call them back again in a few year time when the growth will need pruning again.”
