Following a recent gale, we had a large branch come down from a tree in our garden. Unfortunately it came down across a road that had no other access other than by the exit blocked by the large branch which was too big to be moved manually. I rang Hi-Line at 8.30am, sent them photos of the downed branch and they had a team on site working to cut the branch up by 10.15am the same day. The two guys who were doing the job were very competent and efficient and kept me up to date each time I popped out to see how things were going. The branch was cleared by 11.45am and, because they had mulched the smaller bits of the branch and put the larger bits into the back of their truck and on top of that, even swept up the sawdust, unless you had seen the fallen branch, you would not have believed it had even happened. They really were that tidy. Can't recommend them enough!
