“Always used Highline - Good at tidying up after cutting the trees - leaving no mess but last time didn't give the men enough time to cut all the trees & we got a young inexperienced lad next day to finish off & his inexperience meant the last lot of trees were not cut as good.”

“The guys arrived on time and started work but were surprised when I asked about the root grinder, which was apparently on its way to Bristol. After I'd phoned Hi Line, it was confirmed that they needed the grinder and so they had to wait for it to be brought back to London. Then everything went OK and they did fix up my clothesline which had been attached to the tree.”

“Initial contact inspired confidence. Survey and estimate followed as scheduled. Correspondence was replied to promptly and the work completed in a professional manner and on time. The site was left clean and tidy. Altogether very satisfactory. The only slight hitch that stopped me from giving Hi-Line 100% was that paying the bill could have been easier.”
