“The rooster we collected made an excellent xmas dinner and sufficient for left overs. Ordering, collection, and information for cooking were all spot on. I have since made thd Rillette recipe provided for using leftovers which is both simple and delicious. The carcass had made lovely stock which has now been made into Stilton soup. Marvellous flavours and excellent value for money. I will decinitely be buying one again. Thank you.”

“I decided against Turkey this year and went for a rooster as my 93 Yr old mum always had one at her childhood Christmas The bird arrived on time and was easy to cook. The flavour was amazing and the meat moist. All of the family have asked for it again next year. So delighted to have found Herb Fed.”

“Our turkey arrived on time and well packaged. The meat was moist and flavoursome and was delicious both hot (on Christmas Day) and cold (Boxing Day and days following). Nothing was wasted - the carcass was used to make turkey stock for future curries and risottos. This is the fourth year we have had a Herb Fed Poultry turkey and all have been wonderful.”
