“Thought we'd try these herb-fed chickens having seen a recent TV program about the farm where they are produced. So glad that we did as these are the tastiest chickens that we have had for a very long time. We'll definitely be back for more (once we've worked our way through all the bits we bought of course!).”

“As a first time user of your company I have to say was very impressed. The whole process is very user friendly from ordering to delivery, the chicken was well packed and presented, cooking instructions were straight forward and the chicken itself was delicious. “A lot of the free-range birds we have had have been from France and whilst very tasty are also very mean meat-wise. This certainly cannot be said for the herby bird we have just cooked and only partly eaten because it was very generous in its meat content. The leg meat was quite dark, a good sign that the bird has spent a lot of time using those muscles running around. The bird was absolutely delicious and very moist. I must say that having bought once we will certainly be returning for more...just give us a chance to get through the other two thirds in the freezer. Many thanks for the provenance and quality of the product. Sorry I cannot remember how long it took to respond to my enquiry for the survey below. Robin and Joanne Webb”

“I am very pleased that Herb Fed was recommended to me. I have thought for some time that we should be more careful of where we buy our meat and I’m very happy that Herb Fed was able to answer my questions regarding how their chickens were raised and dispatched. We received our first delivery last week and have found the meat to be delicious!”

“Best tasting chicken I’ve eaten by a distance….whether a whole bird, thighs, wings, or any other cut, Herb Fed chickens really are noticeably better than any other chicken I’ve eaten. Lovely people to deal with too!”
