“The chicken from Herb Fed is the tastiest chciken I have ever had and it is very tender too. I have had Free Range high welfare chicken from other suppliers and have been bitterly disappointed with tasty but tough and chewy chicken. The Chicken box is excellent value and everything I have tried has been so delicious. I am really delighted. The whole chickens have been fantastic and when all the meat has been eaten make the most delicious stock. On top of that, Herb Fed sell carcasses and giblets at a very good price. I shall definitely be buying from Herb Fed again and taking advantage of their excellent offers. I shall not buy chicken from anywhere else now and I can't wait to try their Christmas Turkey! Absolutely fantastic!”

“We only eat organic or genuinely free range meat, and when we discovered Herb Fed chickens we were very happy to try their meat box. We were not dissapointed! The portions were very generous compared to the minimum sizes/weights suggested, and the taste and texture of the meat is excellent. We will be regular customers for sure.”

“Since discovering Herb Fed chicken, no other chicken comes close to the taste and quality. The ethics and provenance when buying and eating meat are top priority for myself and family. The rooster at Christmas was spectacular.”

“Just brilliant. Don't usually review so soon as only tried the whole chicken & one breast but it meets expectations of the Great Taste award. On opening the box, which arrived the day & time expected I knew it was going to be good. The chickens are huge, I'm going to need a bigger roasting tray! Meaty, juicy, fatty in the right kind of way, soft & succulent. Delicious, even the broth made was the best tasting ever. Had given up eating chicken but now have a freezer full of meat worth eating.”

“Have bought fromHerb Fed Chicken in the past but from a supplier rather than direct. this was my first online order, it arrived well packed and well presented. It’s great value for money and a superb quality product, really couldn’t be happier with it. Only problem is now it’s very difficult to buy from anywhere else as the quality just doesn’t compare!”
