“I have been buying from HERB FED for a while now. As always, the quiality of the birds in my openion is unbeatable, succulant, tasty, wheather you BBQ it, or make a curry, roast it, or use them in Pilau rice. They are superb in quaility and in taste. I would reccemond it to anyone. Try it and you will taste the difference. The delivery is always on time, nicely packed. Revd Sulaiman Shahzad”

“I keep coming back because it's amazing chicken and amazing value knowing that these clucks had a happy life (and much longer than in factory conditions). I usually buy whole chickens and that's all the meat I buy for the month. They are tasty, local and you know they were fed well. Never had an issue with delivery either”

“Excellent quality, very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Ordered the Herb Fed chicken box and so far have had a portion of diced chicken and roasted one of the chickens. Superb flavour and no waste at all. Such a generous size and with only 2 people it made a roast Sunday dinner, Panang chicken on Monday and Risotto on Tuesday. In addition, hubby had 3 chicken salad packed lunches for work and the cats and dog finished off what was left! Beautiful stock from the carcass as well. Delighted with this purchase and still have a freezer full ☺️”

“Easy ordering, good communication, order arrived promptly, very carefully packaged. We were particularly impressed with the packaging. Our order arrived very cold whilst not utilizing massive packaging in an unnecessarily big box. Needless to say our whole chicken, chicken thighs and chicken shawarma were all delicious, texture was excellent and very succulent. We highly recommend and will definitely purchase again.”

“I am always pleased with the chicken that I order and the Christmas rooster a couple of years ago was outstanding. I can't rate highly enough. It has taste and texture, usually lacking in supermarket products. I like the ethical values, finding mass produced chicken especially sad and pitiful.”

“Whilst I understand that the jelly type substance isn't harmful, it is very off putting. Not something that you usually see. I don't know if it is because of the vacuuming of the bird. I was going to throw the first chicken away. Couldn't bring myself to handle it. I buy from you because I like to think the birds welfare is a priority. I stopped buying from supermarkets a few years ago. The birds had blood marks on their flesh, like haemorrhages, indicating bad handling while bird was alive. Badly packaged. Etc. I have been buying Herb Fed from my butcher for quite a while. Not happy with my last order though. Will try to send some photos. If not will send via WhatsApp. Regards Pauline.”

“Have purchased our Christmas turkey from Herb Fed for two years so we decided to buy chicken. Arrived in perfect condition and carefully packaged. The spatchcock chicken is for a barbecue tomorrow, we have chicken supreme, a flat iron chicken, wings and chicken livers in the freezer and have no doubt that it will be tasty. Will purchase again.”

“I bought a chicken, wings and thighs. We roasted the chicken and happy to write it was superb, tender and full of flavour. We jerked and BBQ the wings and so pleased with those too, the wings were a@the largest I’ve seen. Yet to cook the thighs but sure they too will be excellent.”

“Excellent and generous whole herb fed chickens. Chicken breast portions also very good. We have tried the chicken burgers and the chicken & herb shawarma. We didn't enjoy these as much, the herb mix was not quite to our taste. We would try them again with a different herb/seasoning recipe. Thank you”
