“Wonderful chicken and happy to support local business”

“Excellent tasting chicken. My first order arrived on time as promised and was well packaged including some ice packs to keep it all fresh and ready to use or freeze. So far I have roasted one of the whole chickens and cooked two other meals using chicken breasts which I froze on day of delivery and thawed out on day of use. I always buy free range chicken but there is free range and free range. I can honestly say that the taste of the chicken from Herb Fed far exceeds anything I have previously bought from a Supermarket. I will definitely buy again.”

“I was so impressed with our herb fed chicken delivery. The delivery was made on the day they said it would be. The packaging was good ad meant the chicken was still cold on delivery. The amount of chicken we have got is amazing - great value for money for such a tasty, high welfare product. Thank you!”

“Have placed a second order as our first was so good. Trusted company who deliver on time. Communication is great and the end result is delicious tasting chicken that is a million miles away from supermarket fodder. Worth that little bit extra cost to experience chicken as it should be.”

“Delivered spot on time, chicken beautiful as usual half our order was for my son and his wife and their baby daughter they are both key workers for the nhs so made it even better that they could have a fabulous chicken dinner with more to come.”

“Very good delivery service, the Chicken is perfect, doesn't shrink when roasting and is so full of taste, it's so good I've reordered and have ordered some to send to a friend who can't go out due to the sad times we're living in, I'm sure it will brighten her day!”

“We had a turkey from Herb Fed at Christmas and it was absolutely delicious. Decided to give the chicken a try and, again, we were thrilled. The quality is on another level and we will definitely be placing another order once we have tucked into our current supply. Delivery was easy too, bit expensive, but I dragged my daughter in on my order and therefore shared the delivery charge. Well worth it.”

“My purchases have always been delivered on time and packaged well. The chicken has been sweet and tender. My only disappointment is the price of delivery!! Although I will order again as the chicken is reasonably priced.”

Hi Tina, Many thanks for your review. We are really pleased you enjoyed your order. With regard to delivery delivery charges are always tricky. We do send the orders out on a premium service to arrive before midday which does increase the cost but we feel this is worth it so that you are not waiting around all day. We also wanted to let you know that there is free delivery on any order over £75. We appreciate this is a fair bit of chicken but many people fill the freezer to save on delivery charge and it also reduced the food miles . many thanks again Tina
