“Looking for a Xmas bird, I spotted Herb Fed online so, gave their website a browse and realised that Roosters were available so, ordered and paid for one. It arrived oven ready on December 23rd as expected and was in the oven on ''the morning''. Full cooking instructions were attached (not that I need them) along with giblets and a decent sprig of herbs. We were delighted with the quality and taste along with texture and are sure we'll be back for more next year.”

“As always, chickens taste amazing, we get 2 every Christmas and they are delivered next day, packaging always fantastic and the taste of the chicken is wonderful, everyone loves it! Thanks as always Herb Fed ☺️”

“Had a canon for Christmas - first time and absolutely delicious. Only two of us so a turkey is too large. The canon was perfect and no sinewy legs. I will definitely order again. Also delivery was spot on. Highly recommend”

“The site is very easy to find what you are looking for, ordering and payment are very straight forward. We ordered a large herb fed rooster which was delicious and moist. Highly recommend herb fed poultry.”

“The rooster that we had for our Christmas 2024 dinner was amazing! It arrived on time via DPD and was extremely well packaged. It really was a superb celebration bird with a lovely texture and flavour. We will definately be ordering again for next Christmas and may even order a few bits during the year. Hapy New Year!”

“Christmas Rooster from Herb Fed for second successive year, don't think we will ever go back to Turkey. Rooster is so flavoursome and doesn't dry out the way turkey easily can. We had the Rooster with all the trimmings Christmas day and the left over made delicious sandwiches and finally a really tasty curry. Can't recommend highly enough.”
