“We had a herb fed rooster for our Christmas lunch. It was delicious, juicy and succulent and the stock we made from the carcass was rich and well flavored. My only criticism would be about the recommended cooking time. We took the rooster out of the oven about 20 minutes before the recommended time and it was perfectly cooked. I fear that if we had left it in for the full time it may have been over cooked. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we have just ordered some more!”

“The turkey was lovely....very moist and tasty instead of the usual cardboard-like turkey. It arrived very well-packed and it was a lovely little surprise to find a little bag of fresh herbs in with it for the stock. Nice touch. Thank you.”

“2nd purchase. Delighted once again. On arrival the turkey was carefully packaged with additional herbs in package. Excellent cooking instructions and timings. The outcome was an outstanding flavour and compliments from all who tasted or shared eating. If you are serious about quality then I recommend these turkeys.”

“Had herb fed chicken and rooster over Christmas and new year and at age 55 I can genuinely say that they are the tastiest birds that I have ever eaten. The family and friends that dined with us have decided to come on board next Christmas and order their birds from Herb Fed. The order was delivered on the agreed date and remained fresh in the refrigerator, of course at the instructed temperature until needed. Two words describe my experience “truly divine”. 😋”
